“A comfortable stay”

The suite was very comfortable and mostly quiet. We appreciated the included breakfast, and the coffee was very good. We weren’t told the cleaning regime and had to ask; I would have preferred to know in advance. We would have liked some dish‑cleaning materials besides the dishwasher to wash the few dishes we used each day. Also, breakfast on weekends could have started at 6:30 am, like on weekdays.

“Opcion cerca de Boston”

I had never stayed at a Sonesta before, but we liked the suite with a kitchen; it wasn’t fully equipped but was functional for bringing food and heating it, with burners, a microwave, a large fridge, and a freezer. The bathroom was fine. Parking was free. The cleaning ladies (even though they don’t provide daily service) were very attentive, refilling towels, taking out the trash, or doing whatever was needed. The bath towels (shower) should have been a bit larger. The rest was fine.

“Very misleading upon checking in!”

The room was tidy, yet there was a weird smell, almost like old smoke or chemicals.
