“It wasn't worth the money, should've slept n my car at the trucks top.”

They never returned my deposit without a reason to start. The tub was clogged and the water didn’t drain properly. The bed was comfortable but the linens had a weird smell. The front desk staff were rude, the linens still smelled, and the tobacco didn’t drain properly.

“The bed and hot tub were amazing but the surroundings left much to be desired.”

The building looks a bit shabby and the parking lot was full of construction workers and trucks, but the person who welcomed me was friendly and courteous. The room itself was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, though the door on our floor would vibrate whenever any other door closed. The pool had clumps of floating hair, yet the hot tub was perfect after a long day of packing and moving my mom.

“Great customer service, very polite, helpful and courteous staff. Best Quality Inn experience ever.”

Traveling with young children, I needed help and the staff—every level—was there. My experience with this chain hasn’t always been good, but this location, though not the newest building, has great staff.

“Won’t recommend”

The room was clean, but I asked if there was an elevator because my partner has two prosthetic legs and nobody responded, forcing him to take the stairs. I’m very disappointed that disabled veterans or anyone with a major disability can be treated this way.
