“It was worth $100.00 but definitely NOT $175.00!”

The hotel was pleasant, but paying $175.00 felt excessive; I would have preferred $100.00. Getting there was a challenge—GPS couldn't locate the hotel, so I had to call the receptionist for directions. My card key wouldn’t open the back side door where I parked, forcing me to carry items all the way to the front entrance. The parking lot was full, so I had to park on the backside, which also lacked a card key entrance. There was no ice machine on the 4th floor or any other floor, only on the main floor. I was charged $175.00 for a stay that felt like $100.00, so I’d like a $75.00 refund if Holiday Inn wants my repeat business or referrals to friends, family, and business associates. The same issues apply.
