The staff were friendly and the water bottles were a nice touch, but the room’s sound‑proofing was disappointing; I could hear people from every side—bathroom, neighboring room, hallway, windows. Checking in was quite difficult, and the location is at least 30 minutes from the city center by metro, which is an important fact to consider.

I couldn't even consider coming back; the place is supposedly close to San Siro but actually you have to walk a long way to find it. My daughter got a nasty shock from a socket near the window when she tried to charge her phone and screamed in pain. The shared fridge and the single shared kettle are both in the hallway, not in the room. There are three CCTV cameras placed around that made me feel uncomfortable and intrusive. I sent both my passport and my daughter’s (12) via WhatsApp before check‑in, but that didn’t help; we were still made to stand in front of a camera for photo ID, even though we had already sent our IDs. The person who handled the phone also scrolled through my WhatsApp status and photos, which felt unprofessional and cheeky. None of this was listed on Booking, so the description gave a very different impression. I complained to Booking 2‑3 times after we left in June, but they never responded or acknowledged any of my complaints even after three months. I’m seriously disgusted with this place and the lack of any action.

Ottima camera, pulita e spaziosa, ideale per un breve alloggio in città. Bagno molto curato e spazioso. Presenti ristoranti in zona e a due passi dalla metro M5. Nota particolare per la presenza di un piccolo angolo "cottura" con microonde, frigo e bottiglie d’acqua. Consigliatissimo

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για συναυλίες ή αγώνες δίπλα στο San Siro. Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο με όλες τις παροχές και πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό που μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν

Posizione, cordialità dello staff, acqua e colazione messi a disposizione. La prima porta per entrare nella struttura rimane sempre aperta
