How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was simple yet perfect for a few‑day stay; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I couldn’t reach the host via both Booking and WhatsApp despite the issues that arose; then, once the problem was resolved (by me and the other affected guests), I received only a single message whether it was ok by then…without even an apology.

Cleanliness, amenities, appearance, high standard. The staff couldn’t communicate in any language other than Italian, leading to misunderstandings about check‑in.

Nothing good. If you want to live in a bottle of perfume, this place is for you. The whole room was filled with a foul house smell that wouldn’t go away even after ventilating all day. Returning after the stay, even after washing clothes, the smell stayed. On the first floor there was a food place from which a burning smell drifted. The towels were dirty and damp. The fridge also emitted an odor. On the balcony, on artificial grass, there were cigarette ashes and a litter of crumbs. We do not recommend staying here!

The setting was nice, comfortable, and clean—nothing to complain about. Unfortunately the fridge was broken, and the location wasn’t the most central, but we still managed to find parking nearby.

Check‑in was smooth, the place was spotless, and the balcony offered a view of Etna; the price per night was very good. An electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, two bottles of water, a fridge, and plenty of towels were all available. The only downside was the poor drainage in the shower basin.
