The place is terrible, not clean, and it smells. How can you promote this on your website? Can we get a refund? The looks, the smell, the dirty water in the bathroom are unacceptable.

“This property is in need of renovations and more attention to cleanliness.”

The spot was perfect and the room offered a nice view, but when we arrived the room hadn't been cleaned properly; we had to call the front desk and ask housekeeping to clear debris from the floor and the bathroom sink. Most of the arcade machines were broken when we tried to check them out, and at the bar we were charged for two pricey drinks even though my wife only had one.

“Horrendous experience.”

Nothing good to say. The hotel didn’t match the photos, the pool was disgusting and we couldn’t even get in it, the room was full of gnats the whole time, the bed was so hard you couldn’t sleep, paint was peeling off the walls, and flushing the toilet made a terrible screeching sound—just a horrific experience overall.
