I booked this hotel in advance, which was a terrible decision. I called the manager to inform them of my late arrival, but when I finally arrived, I was denied check-in because they only accommodate Indian guests. This was not mentioned anywhere on their website, and I was left scrambling to find another place to stay at an ungodly hour. The lack of transparency and respect for their guests' needs was appalling.
