“Szenische Unterkunft im Bergdorf”
The location is super beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the food is good. It’s simple and hassle‑free, exactly what you’d expect from a mountain hotel.

All the rooms, meals, location, and welcome were great. Nothing to complain about.

The spot is good, the owners’ welcome is warm, and the restaurant kitchen is excellent. The bathroom was a downside: the shower was too narrow and the bathroom itself was small.

Everything was fine or very good (welcome, food, tourist information, …) except for two issues: mold in the shower and average sound insulation.

The setting is gorgeous with rivers, fountains, and the Gênois bridge. The restaurant serves local cuisine, the pool is refreshing, and the hosts are friendly and give good visiting tips. There are many animals around—cows, donkeys, turtles—that delight the children. However, on Sunday mornings at 5:30 a.m. there are a lot of cars on the downhill road for one of the GR20 stages.
