“Excellent stay with family for Haridwar visit”
The staff’s hospitality was excellent, the rooms were clean and housekeeping ran smoothly, and they kept checking on us and even helped arrange a cab to the ghat; the location was fine, though it seemed a bit far from Har Ki Pauri, and the nearby dhabas were good but a long detour was needed because of flyover construction near the hotel. The cab drivers that operated through the hotel were poorly managed, as one driver behaved inappropriately and forced us to go to a different small ghat even after we had clearly explained what we needed.

I loved the hotel, the courteous staff, the service, the quick response to every request, the ambience, the cleanliness, the room size, and the food—everything was perfect. Just keep up these high standards; I only wish the location was a bit closer to Har Ki Pauri.
The room was spotless and lovely, and the stay was really enjoyable. The staff were kind, and the food was excellent. Everything about the hotel was great, and I would recommend it to other guests.
