How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
At least its actually close to the riverwalk. Don't try use the parking lot, the vagrants will set you up for a mugging. The River view is directly under your window, you have a view of asphalt and buildings from the room itself. The hotel, despite a confirmation response from me on my request, didn't even know there were two rooms booked

The location was good for our needs - we wanted quick access to the Riverwalk. The Reunion coffee shop in the lobby is excellent. The in room refrigerator was cute. Everything was clean. However, bathrooms were very old and worn. The “artwork” on the wall in our room were a egg carton shaped cups screwed into the plaster and they were literally falling off the wall, revealing the screws. You could pull them right out of the wall. The elevator doors look dirty and the pool was down right nasty. It was only 4 feet deep and we couldn’t see our feet. There seemed to be dead skin and and abundance of dead bugs in pool. Also, we understand that life happens while you’re on vacation, but we were woken by Jack Hammers on our side of the building at six in the morning on a Sunday

Die Lage des Hotels, Parkservice, aber viel zu teuer. Preis des Parkservices, kein Frühstück, Betten zu weich

The breakfast was a standard experience for hotel, but it was satisfactory, our server was professional, the meal was pricy. Approximately $55 (including tip) I loved the historical building and its surroundings, it made for some unique photography. I’ll say 1 thing that could be impactful, whomever did the photography for the hotel images that are used online was an incredible photographer. The hotel looked like the images yet without the shine & cleanliness. The owner of the hotel should highly consider a renovation and expanding the cleaning staff. I transferred hotels for the next night I stayed in San Antonio to stay in cleaner and more up to date sleep accommodations. The staff was pleasant but not overly hospitable
