The parking was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was large for the price, but the room felt old and the fridge didn’t work.

I’ve stayed at many cheap motels in Barstow over the years, and I was a bit nervous about this one because it was cheaper than the others. The room was bigger than usual, had plenty of newer electrical outlets that kept my charging cables and CPAP machine secure (which is rare in these older motels). It was quiet and we slept well. The only downside was that the air‑conditioner sounded very asthmatic; it worked fine and kept us comfortable all night but it was noisy. For the price, the value was excellent.
