The reception staff were incredibly responsive and attended to every request, but the location, though good, was a bit noisy because of the traffic and tourist area; I wish they offered hot breakfasts or at least warmed dishes on the service, and the breakfast area itself felt rather gloomy.

Returning for a second time, I confirmed that the staff and service remain superb; those who claim the breakfast is sparse are simply mistaken—everything is available and delicious, so I’ll definitely come back.

The location is central on a main street but offers zero soundproofing, which is awful; the front desk staff barely looked at me with my suitcase and showed no willingness to help, then pointed out two run‑down rooms with a terrible odor, and because I couldn’t cancel I took one, only to hear everything from the street within minutes. The poor isolation affects everything—you hear every hallway footstep and even someone’s breathing, as if there were only a thin sheet between rooms. The small, shabby room lacked a blanket, gave me a pathetic sheet when I asked for one, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The worst part was the carpet, which looks like it hasn’t been replaced in at least 30 years and is disgusting. I hope this review saves others from this nightmare—just avoid it.
