They confirmed my reservation, then suddenly started saying the price shown was wrong and that the rooms were already sold out. After that they kept telling me everything was fully booked even though I had a confirmation. Not reliable at all – I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

The place nails the location and price, and the décor is really nice – cozy, spacious and pleasant overall. The only downside is the kitchen, which is missing basics like dish soap and a few cooking supplies, and the bathroom didn’t have any body soap either. Still a decent spot if you can overlook the missing toiletries.

We arrived with a confirmed booking, only to be told the room had been given to someone else. It’s clear they have no real control over reservations, which made the whole check‑in a mess. I wouldn’t rely on them for a guaranteed room.

I’ve stayed here several times and the stays were usually comfortable, until the last visit when I got a room with dirty sheets and then was moved to another where the TV wouldn’t work because they lacked the right parts. It took the staff about 40 minutes to sort something out, and that night was also the most expensive (140 000). Apart from that one bad experience, the hotel has been pleasant.

The location and the facilities are spot on, but getting there was confusing because the address didn’t match the GPS coordinates. Inside, the TV and cable never worked despite promises to check them, the internet was sluggish, and they didn’t provide extra towels or cleaning. To top it off, there was no night‑desk staff and a large cockroach showed up in my room on the final night, ruining my sleep.
