“Average”

The cleaning crew was spotless and always smiling, and the high-rise view from my room was pretty good. However, I was let down when the staff couldn't speak English, which is a common issue in global chains; they really need to step up if they want to offer good value. I was basically kicked out of breakfast 10 minutes before it ended—staff came to my table, didn't even say hello, and showed me a phone message that in 5 minutes they would remove everything, including me.

“It was ok for small town”

Honestly, the breakfast selection was alright, but the coffee mugs were a letdown - they were huge and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, I got a weird lamb smell from both of the two I tried.

The place was fully booked, which wasn't a surprise, but it was pretty crowded - not ideal, but I guess that's what you get when it's COMPLET.

Great spot, close to a massive shopping mall and a nice park, but we had a bit of a issue when we checked out early and didn't get the lunch that usually comes with breakfast at hotels.
