I liked how close the hotel was to SM Mall and Robinson Mall, but the bathroom was a nightmare: it was full of black mold, the sink had cracked, and during rain the water leaked from the ceiling lamp and ran along the wall, soaking half the room and flowing toward the door.
The bed was comfortable and the common area was clean, yet the air‑conditioning unit didn’t work properly.
It was very convenient, but the toilet was a problem.
The place sits right across from Sm Laoag, which is convenient, but the Wi‑Fi inside the room is weak.
