The staff spoke Japanese, there were many nearby places to eat, and I received a free room upgrade. The hallway and surrounding voices leaked quite a bit, and although the shower and toilet were separated by a door, the drainage was poor and water overflowed into the toilet area.

No breakfast was provided, so I had to find a place to eat on my own, but luckily a 7‑11 was nearby.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the location was excellent, and after I left my jacket in the room post‑checkout they immediately let me know when they found it—great job.

It was just a 5‑minute walk to the subway station and a 10‑minute walk from the midnight 1819 airport bus stop; the 24‑hour counter and luggage storage were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathtub was nice. The sound of the room door closing was a bit loud.

The hotel had a safe and reassuring system, the number of noisy foreigners had decreased, and although it was my usual stay during a Taipei business trip, it was my first time using it privately.
