The location is great, the room is spacious and new, and the value for money is good. The breakfast.

The location is spot‑on and the place is spotless, plus the welcome was fantastic.

The new building is clean, comfortable, and practically next to the city centre and the Caserta Palace, all walkable. It’s quiet, tucked inside a courtyard. Conni is extremely kind and ready to help with anything. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it.

A great BnB just steps from Caserta’s centre on Corso Trieste and the Palace, in a very calm area. The room is comfortable, spacious, and convenient, with decent services. I’d especially suggest it for anyone wanting to visit the Palace. I’d ask the host to give the breakfast a little more polish and replace the kettle with a microwave for easier drink heating; I’m sure the host will take these small tips on board.

The room was clean and roomy, breakfast was well stocked, and the location was outstanding—right in the middle of town. The owner was friendly and very helpful, everything was perfect. No complaints.
