The location was lovely. The staff were wonderful, and the hot springs were amazing. The garden was stunning – you could wander around forever and still find new spots. Soaking in the private outdoor hot springs was incredibly relaxing.

The ryokan at the foot of Mt Fuji was gorgeous. The fog made it impossible to see the mountain, but the hotel and its gardens made up for it. The facilities were beautiful, the staff friendly, and the food amazing. We also really enjoyed the onsen and hot tub.

Interior and garden is awesome. Nice stay. The room is not fit for 4 persons. I was expecting it to be more comfortable for a family. Wasn't able to buy tobacco at vending machine as a foreigner
