The renovation is good. The room is too small and the bathroom windows don’t protect privacy well; outside the half‑transparent window is a narrow lane with a lot of restaurant staff passing through.

It seemed very comfortable, perfectly meeting the goal of staying near the airport and sleeping in a nice, clean room. The shower was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The area is full of lovely restaurants near the sea, a small quiet town—ideal! Everything was perfect.

The rooms were clean. There was no staff present. You had to do the check‑in online, add your passport details, pay the tourist tax, and then receive a code to enter the building and another code for your room. It was 100% self‑service.

The place was spotless and everything ran smoothly. They arranged a taxi for me to and from the airport that cost 30 euros and took 15/20 minutes. The spot is great, right near the Fiumicino marina. The only downside was the lack of on‑site staff; everything had to be handled through email or WhatsApp before I even arrived.
