Good location for sightseeing, everything within walking distance (30 minutes, 5 minutes to train), attentive staff, good breakfast provided, both staff manning the breakfast stations were very good and the hotel was clean. The lock on the room is temperamental, needs to be fixed so brought this to the attention of the staff, worked well enough for our visit though. Roma Termini can be a bit rough around the edges so just be aware of this regarding location

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and multilingual, daily cleaning was done, breakfasts were modest but sufficient :) The room was comfortable and had everything you need. Highly recommend!

A big room with a large bed, air conditioning available. We only stayed one night, arriving at the hotel at 20:00—there was almost no pressure in the sink to wash our hands. When we came back from dinner, there was no water in the sink, shower or toilet, so we couldn’t wash our hands or use any of the facilities. That should be a minimum requirement. Little compensation for the one night we stayed there when there was no water.
