How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is great, the room was very clean, and the price was a solid deal. You have to check in at a different spot, but it’s very close and you get all the instructions. I didn’t expect it to be so good for what we paid compared to other options there, so it was a pleasant surprise. We’ll definitely come back next time.

Everything was fine. The front‑desk guy (A.) was very friendly. Great spot, the San Marco vaporetto stop is right next door. The room was decent and clean, the mattress comfy. The only thing was that the room wasn’t actually inside the hotel; it was in a separate building without an elevator. The building’s facilities were shabby and old. When you entered the floor it felt like you were on a hotel level. Just keep that in mind for the access, because you have to climb stairs.

Great location, you can walk around the tourist part of Venice in one evening. Close to St. Mark’s Square and the water tram. Minor technical glitches.

It’s very central. It’s on the second floor and has many stairs in poor condition for carrying luggage. The entrance is completely exposed. There were works going on and there was terrible noise from early morning. There was no soundproofing. We asked to turn on the heating but there was no option; they said it was too early, October, to turn on the heating. The room is very small compared to the photos.

Clean and comfortable! The room is spacious. The only downside is the stairs to get up. However, considering the price, the value for money is good!
