The place is superbly located, right next to Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and the museums, and the hotel itself is pretty, especially the reception on the ground floor; the breakfast is very good, complete, and includes espresso. The room is okay but could improve; the bathroom is excellent, though storage space and luggage areas are limited, and the bed could be more comfortable with better pillows.

The spot is great, the hotel stays quiet and the rooms look nice, but the water pressure leaves something to be desired; the bathroom is lovely yet the shower feels underwhelming.
