The lady was very friendly and you really have full independence. The location is good, in a quiet area but right next to the train line that goes straight into the city. Everything was fine, and she let me check in a little earlier, which I really appreciated.

Its a nice clean place in a quite neighbourhood. It has everything what I need. BUT, I was staying in the upper room. The steps are very steep, If you have walking problems, you should ask for a room down stairs. Because there is just one toilet downstairs. The upper room is surrounded by the family living area, which is sometimes quite noisy. It did sounds to me like, they would play soccer in there space. Also the door banging is very annoying and loud. There is also a camera downstairs, which is covering the toilet door and the washing sink, quite unusual, because they are filming my privacy?. “If I was coming back to Osaka I would have no hesitation in staying there again.”

Min, the host, was great and helpful. On the first night she even waited at the corner of her street to guide me to her house. She let me use her bicycle whenever I wanted. The house’s location was excellent—close to the train station, a 7‑Eleven, a public onsen, a small shopping center, and cafés. Min kept the house consistently clean and tidy.

“在日本很難得可以住到行李箱能完全攤開的房間，性價比又高，裡車站很近，也離7-11很近。老闆娘還特地在車站附近等我，怕我迷路，真的很讚。會推薦朋友去大阪的話選這間。”

In Japan it’s rare to find a room where the luggage can be fully unfolded, and this place offers good value. The station is very close, and so is a 7‑11. The owner even waited near the station to make sure I didn’t get lost, which was really great. I would recommend this to friends visiting Osaka.

The accommodation is in a quiet area yet easily reachable from Osaka’s center. The host is very friendly and can be contacted easily with questions. The room, kitchen, shower, and toilet were all very clean and tidy. The room is well equipped and I felt very comfortable. The only criticism is that, even though the outdoor temperatures were warm, the floor in the room was very cold.
