1. The accommodation is tucked into a narrow alley, offering a quiet retreat amid the bustle. It’s a 10‑minute walk to Registan Square, a great spot. The indoor garden is also lovely. 2. Breakfast was plentiful and the best we’ve had on our Central Asian trip. 3. Trash was collected and beds made every day. 4. The next morning we needed a hearty breakfast box for the early train, and they remembered to prepare it. 5. The only issue was that the bathroom exhaust fan was a bit noisy; everything else was fine.

The place felt cozy, like a grandma’s house from my childhood, and the breakfasts were delicious. Nearby attractions were convenient, and we could rest and change there from time to time. The bed was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came daily. I liked it.

Summary of this review

The guest house is just a street from the Registan, which is very convenient! The place is charming, with a nice garden and comfy sofas to sit or have breakfast; it’s relaxing. The young woman who welcomed us on the first day was lovely and very helpful, and the people who prepare breakfast are also very kind. The room is a decent size. The bedding could be better; we had some back pain during our two nights, and the pillows were very thick, which is a personal taste. Unfortunately we were in the room right next to the street, which, while busy, remains noisy at night because of children playing and a nearby hotel playing loud music late, which sometimes kept us from sleeping properly. All other rooms seemed fine, I think.

“Super cozy and flexible!”

The staff were kind and helpful, the location was quiet and cozy, and breakfast was good. We could leave our luggage there and relax before check‑in and after check‑out.
