“I will not stay there again”
I was told soap would dispense automatically from the machine, but it never did and my clothes ended up smelling bad.

The room and the terrace offered a great view of the Skytree, and the kids loved the loft area.

Everything was efficiently arranged and the necessary items were in place; the shower felt great, the room was spotless with no unpleasant odors—cleanliness is key for a comfortable stay—and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it was the World Cup final day and I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, so I missed the match.

Cleanliness and the bathroom were excellent. The room was small, but that’s expected in Tokyo. There were no hooks for shower curtains.

The location, the staff, and the view of the Skytree were all perfect.
