The staff were simple and efficient, and there’s nothing else to say.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and someone is always ready to assist, though it can take a while to resolve issues. The hotel is very basic, but it suits those who want to save money. I arrived with friends and we booked two different rooms. In my room the sink was broken and it wasn’t fixed until after a third reminder. In my friends’ room the thermostat didn’t work, and the third‑floor corridor smelled bad. Everything else was fine, but I wouldn’t call this a three‑star hotel. The pillows were too small and empty; using or not using them made no difference. However, more pillows can be requested at reception.

There was a smell, it wasn’t clean enough, and the neighborhood isn’t good.
