“一開始沒營業嚇死，後來換的住宿酒店非常棒”
The place was closed, and I only learned about the nearby Arrivel hotel after reading previous guests’ reviews. The front‑desk staff were polite from check‑in until check‑out, the room was clean, the hotel facilities were great, and the high‑rise view was fantastic, even though it wasn’t exactly in front of Bikini Beach as originally booked; the beach was just a few minutes away. The hotel was already closed with no notice, and the first moment I entered was shocking—an unexpected situation that made me panic and sweat, not knowing what to do.
Overall, everything was fine. I especially liked the staff.
I received an upgrade to a different, better hotel a bit deeper on the island. Everything was fine, but in the previous hotel, which is visible in the photos, there was a lingering mold smell. Next to it is a mosque that, several times a day—including early in the morning—makes a loud noise to announce itself.
I stayed at the Arrivals hotel instead of Beach Walk Villa because they informed me that my booked accommodation was under renovation. It is a new hotel. An unfriendly staff member at the Arrivals made my experience less pleasant.
I liked everything in general, but the staff were fantastic.
