The house is beautiful, clean, cozy, and well‑located (I had a competition nearby). Initially I struggled to reach customer service via Booking, but it was quickly fixed through WhatsApp.

We stayed two nights and everything was perfect. The room was immaculate and detailed, the décor and finishes were truly beautiful and elegant. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but overall it’s enough for a quick sandwich or salad. The neighborhood is quiet and off the usual tourist trail. A visit to the Parco Archeologico dell'Appia Antica and nearby sites is recommended. Great value for money. The apartment is a bit hard to reach by public transport, which you can see on the map when you book.

The location was spot‑on for us! It was quiet and very clean. They might want to rethink the check‑in policy because it was uncomfortable having to call the owner to get into the house.

The decor was absolutely the best—modern British vintage style with all the comforts, excellent facilities, and a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood made me hesitant at first, but it turned out to be quite peaceful and well connected.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The booking mentioned breakfast included, but that wasn’t the case.
