How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The cleaning lady was nice, but don’t go there! Our room (no 116) was practically a closet, dirty and cramped. The plastic bottle opener was chained to the fridge (probably to prevent theft) and it was disgustingly dirty. The shower was full of mold. Everything cost 110 euro per night. We left after one night even though we had paid for two, and they didn’t even ask why.

Ottaviano is a surprisingly charming town, easy to reach from Naples by train. The hotel is in good condition with basic amenities, clean and well‑maintained enough. I’d still call it a 3* hotel, but everything is OK.
