The location, staff, and services were excellent; we were upgraded to better rooms because of renovations and received prompt service. However, the renovations caused some disturbance, a shower leaked into the main bathroom because the curtain was too short, the AC unit emitted a foul musty odor from stagnation, the windows lacked screens so we couldn’t open them without insects, we didn’t receive a key to the lockbox, and we were not informed about the renovations or closures when we booked.
