The hotel's grounds were beautifully landscaped and green, and the balconies offered a lovely view of the inner garden. However, the state of the apartments was a different story altogether - there was a huge stain on the wall, ants crawling all over the bathroom, and the cupboards were unusable because the doors only hung on one hinge. To make matters worse, we were greeted by a naked guy climbing over the balcony railing and a terrible breakfast that was no excuse for the absurd price we paid.

This Thai boutique hotel is truly a gem. The lush greenery and spacious, spotless rooms are a treat. The breakfast was great, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the owner, Adam, who was super friendly and welcoming. It's definitely a place I'd return to.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Pai, with everything within walking distance. You can't get lost, it's that central. The staff were lovely and super helpful, making up for any minor issues. It's a great base to explore from.
