The resort features indoor and outdoor pools with a children’s waterslide, a 24‑hour fitness center, spa, and concierge. Rooms offer panoramic ocean views, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TV, and bath amenities. Dining includes Italian, Japanese, and a bar. Nearby Sunset Beach and Naha Airport are short drives away.

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially to families with kids. The pool was very family‑friendly and easy to enjoy with a young child. I wish the hotel paid more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, as there was an old smell from the carpet and sofa. The Japanese room‑service menu was less satisfying than the Western options and could be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would visit again, hoping to see these improvements next time. The room cleaning was lacking.

The spot is spot on – just a quick stroll to the American Village, and the room and facilities were top‑class. The staff were absolutely lovely.

The staff’s attitude was beyond perfect, over 100 points worth, friendly and prompt, and language barriers didn’t cause any issues. We had asked the hotel to call a taxi, but because of the tight schedule we switched to Uber, and the hotel staff even called the restaurant to explain our delay and asked them to extend the wait time.

The place was very clean, with comfy beds and roomy rooms. The staff were respectful, helpful, and genuinely nice, replying to my emails right after I landed and arranging a taxi within minutes to get me from the airport. The food was good. The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from the American Village, which has plenty of restaurants. A bike can be rented right in front of the hotel, or everything is within walking distance. I was given a bag of beach towels to take to the beach, since the hotel only has pools. The downside was that there’s no nearby beach access and no airport shuttle.
