The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with smiling faces all through the stay, meals arrived on time, were clean and tasty, and the staff showed great care; I highly recommend it. Nothing was lacking, though I’m still trying to find more.

The welcome was incredible, a lovely family went out of their way to please you, a homemade meal was delicious for €1.60, and at breakfast they gave you the day’s cake as a gift; the room had everything you need, especially for such a low price, it was very clean, the bedding comfortable, and it was just too hot.

The reception and food service were very nice, and the food itself was cheap; they upgraded everything for a very small extra cost, excluding unnecessary access fees, which I really appreciated. The location was far from the main sights, costing me almost 2000 LKR in travel; there was no proper lighting in the room and hot water was unavailable, leaving me chilled during morning baths.
