The service, cleaning, and functionality were good, but the room was very small.

All booked services were delivered, including the promised Ticno tickets. The staff at the front desk were helpful. Reliable internet, a coffee and drinks vending machine, and laundry service complete the offering. The lake is a 10‑minute walk; a bus stop is right outside the door, so excursions are short. Street noise remains a problem.

“It’s an easy walk down to the lake. It’s on a busy road but there was good double glazing.”

The room was large with a communal balcony, a tiny kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a good shower. We could leave bags after check‑out while exploring. We were given only a sheet, no blanket or duvet, so in October we had to layer clothes to stay warm in bed.

The location, staff friendliness and availability, and value for money are great, but the heating didn’t work and there was no kitchen equipment at all.

Central location, but overall condition was poor, everything looked very old, and it wasn’t very comfortable.
