The staff were extremely friendly and hospitality truly felt alive; the cozy restaurant with a large adjoining hall offered a delicious, extensive breakfast, and the charming little gem had a lot of personal charm. The courtyard was cozy and filled with relics from the house’s over‑a‑century history. We’ve already booked again for 2027. The only thing that might improve is replacing the beds or mattresses.

It was a solid starting point for our motorcycle trip, and the inn has been lovingly run by the same family for 105 years.

A nice country inn with an attached restaurant; breakfast was plentiful and every staff member was friendly and helpful, and the parking lots are even locked at night.
