How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Service and location. Views are stunning from every corner of the site as it is perched on the top of a hill. My private cool plunge pool was a delight. Of particular note was the personalized service I recieved from Dina at the front desk. Thank you. Nothing but a caution as it is on a hill there are a lot of steps although there tuktuks to take you to your room if you prefer

The unique hilltop spot gives a nice view of the Philae Temple, and the building looks beautiful from the outside. However, the location isn’t convenient unless you have few activities in Aswan. The rooms were smaller than expected and the finish didn’t match the price, and the restaurant food was only average.

The location, pool, and restaurant were fantastic. The Jacuzzi was poorly maintained and needed cleaning, and getting to our room was hard in a tuk‑tuk. The facilities at the boat ramp were sub‑standard.

The location and the spa massage were great. The only issue was that we were given two separate beds even though we had been promised a single large bed.
