The staff were really friendly and quick to help, which made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t have any windows, so it felt a bit cramped and dark. Overall, good service but the lack of natural light is a drawback.

The hotel is spotless and sits right in the heart of the city, which was super convenient. The only downside was the breakfast setup – the coffee was served cold and there were no kettles or thermoses around. A little tweak there would make it perfect.

We arrived to find out that our reservation was only for a double room, even though we had booked two rooms for four people. On top of that, the staff told us there was no parking available despite the website advertising it, so we had to leave and find another place to stay late at night. It was a frustrating and inconvenient experience.

The staff were attentive and the facilities were decent, which I appreciated. My only gripe is that I didn’t have enough time to really enjoy everything – wish I could've stayed longer, haha. Still, the service made up for the rushed visit.

The rooms felt nice, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The neighborhood isn’t the most exciting and you could hear a bit of noise from the central area, but it wasn’t unbearable. A pleasant stay overall despite the slight hustle and bustle outside.
