“Many better places in Gili T. Wouldn’t stay again.”

The location is good, just a few minutes’ walk to the main area of Gili T; however, we had almost no hot water during our stay. We told the staff, who said it was “because the water comes from Lombok so there is not much they can do,” which seemed irrelevant since the cold water worked fine. The AC unit also dripped above our bed, and the staff appeared somewhat indifferent, clearly prioritizing restaurant guests over hotel guests.

The spot was well‑located, spotless, and roomy, but I never figured out whether breakfast was included—some reviews said dinner, and the hotel never clarified on arrival, so I missed it every day. I suspect they do it to save money, but I can’t explain it. The hot water lasted barely a moment.

“Not very good my partner was very uncomfortable”

Breakfast is good didn’t like the room staff is good. There was a tokay gecko in our room, which we immediately reported to the hotel staff. They checked the room but were unable to find it, so they sprayed HIT Sparta. We assumed the gecko had left, but unfortunately, it was still inside our room. We were unable to sleep until 12:30 AM because the sound of the tokay gecko was extremely loud. It felt as though it was on our bed or hiding behind it, which made us very uncomfortable. Our original stay was for 3 days, but on the night of the 15th, at around 12:30 AM, we had no choice but to book another hotel so we could get some sleep. We stayed at the new hotel that night. The following morning, we checked out of the bungalow one day earlier than planned. What was even more disappointing was that not a single staff member asked why we were leaving a day early or showed any concern about our experience
