The employees and owners were happy and very helpful, the local community was interesting, and the facility itself was very nice. The only issue was that the electrical grid sometimes failed, leaving no power or internet.

The relaxed, friendly atmosphere was pleasant and the three‑course dinner we ordered was excellent; the swimming pool was nice, surrounded by a garden with mango and papaya trees, and the mosquito net was cleverly placed so it didn’t bother us while sleeping. On the downside, the power outlets were a bit scarce and poorly positioned—using the hair‑dryer meant you couldn’t see the mirror, and you had to keep swapping plugs under the table for the fridge, TV, kettle and other devices.

This place is a gem - it's locally owned, which you don't see often. The staff are super kind and the breakfast is top quality. The rooms are spacious and it's a great price.

We had an amazing time at Destiny Blo Inn - it's a brand new setup and it shows. We had a fantastic dinner with the host and enjoyed the peace and quiet, plus the stargazing was incredible. It's a perfect stop on the way to Chobe, we definitely recommend it and would come back.

Destiny Blo has a real Botswana vibe going on. The location is spot on for experiencing local culture and going on safari. The facilities are brand new and well looked after, and everyone we met was really friendly and helpful.
