The service here was top-notch - the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was a bit of an issue. It wasn't filthy or anything, but it could have been cleaner.

Thao and her husband went above and beyond to help us out - they were super friendly and really went the extra mile. We arrived just after the floods, and they were still working hard to get everything back up and running. It was clear that they'd had a lot of work to do, but we were really impressed by their dedication. We're definitely rooting for them.

I was really disappointed to find that this hotel doesn't seem to exist anymore. I showed up after booking, and the place was deserted. There was no one to greet me, and the rooms were left open with nothing inside - it was like they'd been abandoned for years. It's a shame, because it's definitely not a place that should still be listed online.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay. The beds were really comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every time. It's a shame the hotel itself isn't as impressive as the staff, but they're definitely worth staying for.

The common yard and mountain view in the back of the hotel were a lovely bonus. It's a great spot to relax and take in the scenery. The hotel itself is pretty standard, but the views make up for it.
