The location was an easy walk to the city centre, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was on a very noisy street because of heavy traffic, and the building needed maintenance and upgrades.
The host, Terry was excellent! Warm and welcoming… I’d go back just to hang out with her!!!

Short walk to downtown and the room was clean and roomy. Terry helped us extend our stay and even arranged a tasty breakfast spread. Road noise was present, but it vanished once I removed my hearing aids.
“We enjoyed ourselves, the area is beautiful but the Charlevoix House North Side needs work.”
The staff and location were good. The place was dirty, needed repair, and had too few electrical outlets. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.
