The property sits in a great spot, close to everything, perfect for those who want to bring their own food and drinks to save money. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and my husband and I stayed in a room that faced the courtyard, not the street. There’s a bike service, each room has a bike. Malmö is a small place, and we really enjoyed it. The key code never opens the door before 15.00, just so you know. A café is right across the street where we had a drink and waited. The gentleman on duty was very courteous – thanks to him. The room is a bit claustrophobic and doesn’t let in much light, but it’s not a dungeon either, so it’s not suitable for those who can’t stand a dark, closed space, yet the price‑performance is excellent.

“Location good. Facilities good. Staff very poor.”

The location is good, shops close by, 20 minutes to the train station, the bed is comfy, and the kitchen has good equipment. The staff were unresponsive and the information confusing; no one was at reception even mid‑day. It was a struggle to get into the laundry room, and the hours were limited. The code on the recycling door changed and we only found out after we had left. There were no microwave instructions. A broken glass in the cupboard almost made me drink from it! The assortment of plates and cups was odd, with only one decent mug. Lighting was very poor, and there was no curtain over the high window, so it wasn’t dark at night.

“Minik kullanışlı bir ev”

The hotel is about a 20‑minute walk from Malmö train station, and the door never opens before 15.00, so plan your arrival accordingly. We felt as comfortable as at home, very calm and peaceful. The cleaning lady was very helpful, and I’d like to thank her for her assistance.
