“Un abbraccio nel cuore di Nana”
The hotel was welcoming and well maintained, but unfortunately the toilet is in the bedroom and isn’t separated by a door, so there’s no privacy at all.

The location was fun, right next to a busy, lively street, but the property looked pretty old compared to the photos.

The place offers good value, a stylish vibe, and an in‑house café—though I found it odd that there’s no alternative milk option. The lobby is tiny but works as a laptop hub. A tuk‑tuk can drop you at BTS or Terminal 21, saving time and effort. The bed is comfy and the Wi‑Fi is solid. 7/11 is about a 6‑minute walk. On the downside, rooms feel a bit rusty, with mold in corners and some broken walls. The staff are friendly but their English is weak (or they’re just quirky, not bad). It’s a bit far from the city, and I had a bath in the room but no hot water; the TV was unusable because it wasn’t connected to the Wi‑Fi.

The rooms are cozy and the breakfasts are good. Everyone was friendly. The location could be better.

The staff are some of the friendliest and most professional I’ve met in a long time. The whole place is well thought out and spotless. The facilities are nice and the breakfast is filling. The tuk‑tuk to Terminal 21 is a real convenience, and the easy access to the underused klong bus on San Saep Canal is a bonus few other places can match. I wish the shower in room 208 was a bit larger, but otherwise it was fine.
