How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The property is spacious, peaceful, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of tasty options. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

The personnel weren’t very nice. When we arrived, they tried to overcharge us for the room, which we didn’t agree with, so we didn’t get the balcony room. We got a room with dirty, used cups and only a mattress protector, so no cover on top. The mattress protector was really dirty (brown spots all over). There were ants everywhere, and when we complained at the end, he blamed us for having sweets on the floor and thus the ants. As I said, they were there before. We told him how dirty everything was and he didn’t even try to apologize. Totally not worth the price/quality.

Very good location. A big store is nearby. The beach is a 2‑minute walk. The room has no drinking water at all—only paid. This was the first time I’ve encountered that. On the day of arrival, the toilet in the shower was not fresh at all. When we left early, they refused to give us take‑away breakfast. The breakfasts themselves start at 8 am and are quite sparse.

The hotel sits just a few meters from the beach, and the rooms are spacious and fairly clean; the staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is basic but the water is very hot. They arrange the whale‑watching tours themselves, and you have to hope you actually spot a whale.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are polite, and the location is great with a nice beach nearby—everything was absolutely fine! Thank you and I recommend it for a visit!
