“Okay for a Short Stay”

While the hotel's location was somewhat convenient, being close to KL and other popular spots like Pasar Seni, my overall stay was marred by several issues that affected my comfort. The shared bathroom was uncomfortable to use, and the water heater and dispenser were not functioning properly, making it difficult to get hot or cold water. Additionally, the air conditioner remote in my room had low batteries, making it hard to adjust the settings or turn it off when needed.

“Bad service”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, as every aspect of it fell short of my expectations. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a single redeeming quality. The issues I encountered were numerous, and overall, I was disappointed.
