The hotel is in a great spot for walking around the old quarter, and the owner welcomed us warmly and gave us a free upgrade to a spacious, clean room. We stayed two nights, and after checkout they kept our bags free of charge all afternoon, let us use the ground‑floor bathroom to change before heading to the airport, and offered to arrange transport. The staff were genuinely courteous and helpful; this place is recommended for anyone staying in Hanoi!

The staff are the most helpful in the world, the laundry is clean, fragrant, and you can even ask to speed it up if you're in a hurry. It’s tidy, neat, well‑maintained, close to everything. Perfect for a pampering night after tough days and also for a slightly longer stay. Every time I’ve been in Hanoi, I had no doubt I’d sleep here – so far three times and never disappointed.

Such a lovely place to stay in Hanoi! I stayed at Old Quarter Charm Hotel during my trip, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I arrived early in the morning, left my luggage at the hotel, and went off to explore the city. When I came back, I was given a wonderful, comfortable room with a beautiful view of Hanoi. I especially loved looking out the window and enjoying the city from above! Everything was comfortable and convenient, and the whole experience left me with such lovely memories. A special thank you to Thomas, the manager, for being so kind, friendly and welcoming! I'm really glad I chose this hotel. And when I come back to Hanoi — which I definitely will — I'd be more than happy to stay here again!
