How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is beautiful, set among spectacular gardens that looked great even in the very dry, tough summer. Everything feels just right, from the ambience to the staff, and the dinner was excellent.

The building and garden were gorgeous, and everyone was welcoming, especially Jay the waiter, whose personable service made our meal memorable; we laughed a lot, and the bedroom was exceptional—probably one of the best rooms with Magnolia, offering dual‑aspect views over both gardens; however, we lost Wi‑Fi in the evening and the TV signal was weak late at night and in the morning.

The staff’s attention to detail and friendliness, the location and stunning grounds, and the exceptional food all made us feel very welcome, though the shower’s water pressure was not particularly strong.
