“It was fair but we expected to be in better quality”

I appreciated how the receptionists treated us; they were very helpful and respectful, especially since we left last minute. The breakfast was nice. However, there was a smell in the pillows that felt old, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom also had a smell, likely from the toilet. The shower curtains looked old and worn, and I expected better given the hotel’s reputation. The towels looked old with threads coming from their edges. The body lotion bottle in the bathroom was half full and looked old. I hope these comments help improve your services in the future. Thanks.

I liked the room, the elevators, and the restaurant was awesome. The bed was a bit hard and the pillow options were terrible: one was too soft, one too tall, with no happy medium. A motion night light would also help for getting up at night in the dark.
