website is much better than reality the buiding is a it tiered and it could do with update. delapidated building, bathroom shower not realy clean and breakfast not as per picture

I was pleased to receive roughly a 20% discount, but when I arrived I discovered that the price was actually higher than the standard rate for the same service if purchased on site. Additionally, the hotel charges local fees by counting a full calendar day for each stay, meaning we end up paying for an extra day beyond our actual duration, and we have to pay for the hotel day as well.

The hotel sits just a stone's throw from the train station, close to the shopping street and the city centre. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with a balcony, quiet, and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was constantly replenished, and there was a wonderful, friendly hotel cat. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the odd arrangement of tables at breakfast, where strangers from different rooms were forced to sit together, and the steep approach to the building could be a problem for older guests.

The staff were excellent in communication. The place isn’t a premium resort, but for the price, the service quality was satisfactory.
