The bed was clean and comfortable! The location isn’t bad either. The hotel owners need to do a lot of maintenance; I know this place is very old, it needs a few staff changes and more cleaning.

I found the accommodation to be a great value, a classic English cottage that the owner is trying to restore, so I thought it was fantastic. Nothing bothered me at all.

Nothing positive. Very rude staff, no electricity in the socket, dirty room.

The breakfast was free and available in the kitchen, and the service was excellent. The only thing that might improve is adding air conditioning in the future.

The location was absolutely fabulous, right next to the DLR, Hammersmith & City, and District lines, just a short trip to Westfield Stratford and a small shop over the road for anything you need. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very modern and new. The TV and fan placement was a bit confusing, especially for my partner and me who like to lie in bed watching TV, so it was a little awkward.
